1-2-1 Therapy Sessions

My 1-2-1 therapy sessions are available at The Sahana SOUL Centre in Cowdenbeath in the beautiful Kingdom of Fife.   My Sound Therapy, Shiatsu and Reiki are usually an hour, although the first session is slightly longer for initial case notes.   No matter which session you choose you only need remove your shoes and all sessions are £35 per hour.

**NB – all sessions must be pre-booked.
